You can activate a reload once you reach the “Bronze” rank and receive VIP status. The higher your status in Friends VIP club, the more often you can receive a reload:

🏆Players with “Silver” status can claim one once a week.
👑Users with the “Platinum” rank or higher can activate the reload bonus daily.
Key rules:
If you are in profit on the site since your previous bonus activation, the reload will not be available to you.
The calculation takes into account the difference between deposits and withdrawals over a specified period.
If you are at a loss on the site and meet the bonus requirements, the site system will calculate the bonus automatically.
You can claim a reload only once during each available reporting period (once a month, week, or day).
After you claim a reload, your deposit and withdrawal totals in the system are reset, and the calculation starts over.
